My new macbook and some useful OSX links.

I recently jumped on the apple bandwagon and bought a spanking new white macbook. I was flirting with the idea of switching to OSX for quite a while now. What really caught my attention was their stylish design, nicer than E17 UI , BSD userland stuff, and not having to run Linux as a desktop every again. After years of using FreeBSD/OpenBSD and a little linux I grew tired of compiling software, spending too much time dealing with stupid package managers (rpm , gentoo’s stupid emerge, apt crap). Suse Linux looked promising and I still run it, but it’s nowhere near as polished as OSX seems to be, although the package management is pretty sweet (for linux). To keep a long story short i’m quite excited about learning about OSX each time I touch it.
